Blood Overdrive is a simple but excellent distortion. I'm putting together a collection of synth kick and snare combinators and going to see if I can get them in the stock library for Reason because I agree, it needs better stuff for people who can't be bothered with sound design etc. FL Studio adding realtime histogram display to the parametric EQ is outstanding. ![]() These clean, hard hitting drums and synths you speak of are very achievable with stock devices, with a little effort of course! It's just that their stock sounds aren't really geared towards super loud edm productions IMO. Looking back, the switch to reason was the best thing i've done so far in my music endeavors. One of my personal favorites in the full version synth bundle is called Sytrus. I had to start learning how to sound design and mix to get the sounds I was looking for. Also no more super loud fl studio stock samples or Maximus on the master by default making everything LOUD. The transition was a reality check for me since there was no VST back then. I moved from FL studio to Reason in 2017. Is it as easy to find a good sweep sound in Reason as it is in FL studio? They sound very clean.hard hitting.regarding drums, synths and effects etc Especially when you’re considering which DAW to start using to make music. ![]() There are some amazing presets and the plugin itself lets you create one. Because for subbass I simply use the 3xosc, and it works But for stuff like Dubstep, its a little bit harder. ![]() I like a lot the FL studio stock sounds.are those existings in Reason as well? FL Studio plugins are some of the most sought after stock DAW plugins. Harmor is one of the best among all plugins in FL. Which Fl Studio stock plugins do you prefer for making bass, and for which genre I know that my question is quite general, I'm just asking for some opinions, which plugins you for what use and why. ![]() I need an answer from experience ppl here in both FL studio and Reason
